What we do. We monitor driver logs, help fix violations, train drivers on HOS/ELD, and prepare audit‑ready documentation. We are not an ELD hardware provider.
Deliver services (24/7 monitoring, fixes, training, audit prep); operate our business (admin, billing, improvement, abuse prevention, legal compliance); B2B marketing (opt out anytime).
We do not sell personal information. We share with service providers (e.g., email hosting (Zoho Mail), hosting/storage, communication tools), comply with law, or during business transfers.
During the engagement and typically 12 months after termination, unless law or disputes require longer. Minimal records (e.g., invoices) kept as required by law.
Access, correction, deletion (reply within ~30 days). California residents: CCPA/CPRA rights apply; we do not sell/share for cross‑context ads. Email/text opt‑out supported (reply “STOP” for texts).
Reasonable safeguards (least‑privilege access, MFA where available, TLS, access controls). We’ll notify affected clients without undue delay if a high‑risk breach occurs.
WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram are optional third‑party platforms. Avoid sensitive info. By messaging us, you consent to replies via that channel.
Data may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where providers operate.

Outsourced HOS/ELD compliance support (24/7 logbook monitoring, violation review/fixes, driver training, audit preparation). Not an ELD vendor, legal counsel, or employer.
Provide accurate data promptly; ensure drivers review/accept log edits within your ELD; maintain your regulatory obligations and safety policies.
24/7 coverage. Typical target response within 15 minutes (target, not guarantee). Maintenance or events outside our control may affect availability.
Included: oversight, violation fixes/guidance, training, audit package. Excluded: legal advice, roadside interactions, fines/penalties, hardware/network issues, or tasks outside HOS/ELD unless agreed in writing.
Per driver per month. Invoiced monthly, Net 7. 1.5% monthly late charge may apply where allowed. No refunds for partial months once service begins. (Minimum of 5 active days required to be charged for full month.) Taxes are your responsibility.
Month‑to‑month by default. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice; we may suspend/terminate for non‑payment or material breach. On termination, we will return or delete your service data within 30 days on request, except where law requires retention.
Limited license to use service data to deliver services. We keep information confidential and use it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Services are “as is” and “as available,” except we warrant professional and workmanlike performance. All other warranties disclaimed where permitted by law.
Total liability in any 12‑month period is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months prior to the event. No indirect or consequential damages.
You indemnify us for claims from your unlawful use or instructions. We indemnify you for third‑party IP claims related to our proprietary materials (not your data), subject to notice/control of defense.
Illinois law; exclusive courts in Cook County, Illinois.
We may identify you as a customer with your prior consent.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
